NEW TRAINING SPACE STARTING AUGUST 2009


Starting August, we shall have a new space of our own.

The Black Eagle Taekwon-Do will be renting a 300m2 space and will open the first Martial Arts center in Tampere: The Black Eagle Martial Arts Academy

COMMUNIQUE (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

1 - TIME SCHEDULES, AND PRICES 2009-10 (starting August 2009).

CHILDREN 7-11y.o (English Taekwon-Do):

Mondays and Wednesdays: 17.00-18.00

Prices:

1 season (11 months): 160e
1/2 season: 90e


(Prices were increased as we go from 1 time to 2 times a week).

Please note that those prices will be effective at the new bill.

ADULTS 11 and up:

Mondays and Wednesdays: 18.00-19.30
Fridays: 17.30-19.30
Saturdays: 12.00-13.30 (beginners) then free training.

PRICES:

1 season (11 months): 280e
1/2 season: 150e


Students (10% discount):
1 season (11 months), 250€
1/2 season (5,5 months), 135€

Family discount *:
Second family member: 10% discount
Third and more members: 15% discount


* Members of the same household.



Prices for adults will remain the same but might be reviewed (not confirmed yet) at the end of the year with a maximum increase of 5% if necessary.

One season is 11 months: August - July (exclusive).


2- BILLING:

To make things easier, we shall have 2 payments per season.
August and January

IMPORTANT:
- If your payment falls in another month than August or January, then a bill for that transition period will be sent based on the 1 season price. Example: Your bill is due on November 2009, you will receive a bill for the period between November and January based on the one season price (280e). So your bill will be: 50,90e (November and December).


- We have had some issues with late payments. As it has been said earlier, we are willing to discuss payment issues individually, but we need to have a vision of our income to be able to plan our expenses. So please make sure to respect the deadline given, or inform us of the delay with the expected payment date.


3- INTERNAL RULES AND BIO-MECHANICS CHECKUP.

INTERNAL RULES:

General Rules:
For your own safety and to avoid conflicts and misunderstanding we shall implement some new rules that will have to be signed by the practitioner (or legal supervisor if underage).
Those rules will be sent via email and will have to be printed and returned signed.

Competition discharge:

Starting next season a parental discharge will be requested by every under-age practitioner and this for every competition. A template will be created and will be sent to alongside the competition details.

Bio-mechanics checkup:

Starting next year, we will implement a Bio-mechanics checkup (once only). This check-up will be performed individually.
WHAT IS IT: It will consist of different tests to be able to detect any skeletal anomalies (hip issues, join limitations etc...) and would help each practitioner to target his training in a safer way through recommended exercises. Each individual will receive a certification with all the results of the tests. The price for this test will be 10e/person (Black Eagle Taekwon-Do will cover 50%).


4- COMMUNICATION:

for practical and environmental reasons, we have decided to use e-mail as our only mean of communication. All bills, announcements and forms will be sent by email.

If you change you email address, make sure that you send us the new one ASAP.
